Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.
SIMPLÍ botanicals reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the UE.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days:
Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Ireland.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Priority shipping orders received before 12PM (noon) EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping charges are based on order totals and SIMPLÍ botanicals offers free shipping on all orders 70e and up, including tax.
Return Policy
Purchases made at Simplibotanicals.ie, may be returned within 60 days of purchase by contacting us at info@simplilbotanicals.ie. We will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Products:
When your Simplibotanicals.ie order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@simplibotanicals.ie. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
